Projects & folders
Every project gets its own file area with folders and subfolders. Same file name = new version; earlier versions stay available.
Roles per project
Owner, editor or viewer: you decide per project who may upload and who only reads. Every member can download.
Notes
Agreements, meeting notes and remarks right on the project — visible to everyone involved, pinnable.
Calendar
Delivery dates, acceptance tests and meetings in a monthly calendar, with export to Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar.
Tasks
To-dos with due dates and assignees. Everyone sees their open tasks across all projects.
Change & access log
Who uploaded, changed, opened or downloaded what, and when? Logged without gaps, exportable as CSV.
Owner, editor, viewer.
Rights are granted per project. A supplier can be an editor in one project and only read in another. Every member may download — and every download is logged.
